1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and AIHQ Global Nexus FZE (“Dreams”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Dreams website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Dreams (joindreams.club), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. About Dreams
Dreams organizes curated small-group dinners, brunches, and coffee meetups across the UAE. We create and manage all events — you discover, book, and attend. We handle the venue, the guest list, and the group matching. You show up and connect with like-minded people.
3. Eligibility
To use Dreams, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be a resident of or visiting the United Arab Emirates
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
False age declaration or misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.
4. Account Registration
To book events, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
5. Event Bookings
5.1 Booking Process
When you book an event, you are reserving a spot at a small-group gathering. Venue details are shared the evening before the event via the Platform and email.
5.2 Pricing
- Per Event: AED 15 per booking (curation fee only)
- Monthly Pass: AED 50/month for unlimited event bookings
Food and beverages are paid separately at the venue and are not included in the booking fee.
5.3 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. The Platform does not store card details; all payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Per Event Bookings
- You may cancel up to 12 hours before the event. Cancel 12+ hours before and the booking fee is returned as store credit (wallet credit) — valid 90 days, usable on any future event. No cash refunds, ever
- The +1 fee is treated the same way — cancel 12+ hours before and it comes back as store credit
- Cancel less than 12 hours before, or no-show, and the booking fee (and any +1 fee) is forfeited — no store credit or cash refund
- Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another event anytime
6.2 Monthly Pass
- Your pass covers the booking, so cancelling costs nothing — please cancel at least 3 hours before the event so the spot frees up for someone else
- Cancel less than 3 hours before — treated as a no-show
- The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable

7. No-Show Policy
We take attendance seriously to ensure quality experiences for all attendees. The no-show policy applies differently depending on your plan:
7.1 Per Event Users (AED 15)
A no-show is treated as a late cancellation, plus a penalty:
- Booking fee forfeited — your booking fee (and any +1 fee) is lost, with no store credit or cash refund, exactly like a late cancellation
- A one-event penalty — an additional charge equal to one event fee (AED 15) is deducted from your Dreams credit balance, if you have credit available
7.2 Monthly Pass Members (AED 50/month)
Since Monthly Pass members book at no extra cost per event, repeated no-shows are taken more seriously to prevent abuse. 2 no-shows in a billing month pause your bookings for the rest of that billing month, and access resets automatically at your next billing cycle:
- 1st no-show: Warning notification sent to your account
- 2nd no-show (same billing month): Bookings paused for the rest of the billing month — access resets automatically at your next billing cycle
- Repeated violations: Account may be permanently suspended or terminated
8. User Conduct
By using Dreams, you agree to:
- Treat all attendees, venue staff, and Dreams representatives with respect
- Arrive on time for booked events
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Not solicit other attendees for sales, dating, or business purposes
- Not share personal information of other attendees without their explicit consent
- Comply with venue rules and all applicable UAE laws
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate removal from events and permanent account termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Dreams — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is owned by AIHQ Global Nexus FZE or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and unfair-competition laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dreams facilitates social gatherings but is not responsible for:
- Actions or behavior of other attendees
- Quality of food or service at partner venues
- Personal injuries or property damage during events
- Connections or relationships formed through events
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIHQ Global Nexus FZE's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific event in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIHQ Global Nexus FZE, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
